Refund policy

We want you to love your artwork! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at aiartist.live@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

As each canvas is made to order especially for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This includes cases where the artwork does not meet individual expectations. We encourage you to review product images and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
